How NPLabs.online works

NPLabs.online is a secure portal supporting the licensed pharmacy's patient communication and prescription workflow.

The portal does not provide prescribing services.
Prescriptions are issued independently by licensed prescribers in their own clinical practice.
The pharmacy reviews prescription documentation before preparation or dispensing.
Dispensing occurs exclusively at our licensed physical pharmacy upon pharmacist verification of a valid prescription, in compliance with applicable Greek and EU law.

What this means for patients

The portal helps patients and pharmacy staff coordinate prescription review, preparation status, pickup, delivery, invoice settlement, and support. A request, upload, invoice step, or status update in the portal does not replace a valid prescription or pharmacy review.

Medication is dispensed only when a valid prescription has been reviewed and the pharmacy is legally and professionally able to dispense it.
